Zinzira Bazar Urban Renewal Framework

A riverfront revitalization proposal focused on improving public amenities, organizing fragmented land uses, and strengthening connections between the community and the waterfront. The project introduced a coordinated zoning strategy, public gathering spaces, recreational areas, and riverfront activity zones to create a more accessible and vibrant public realm.
